“I was happy with the material and with the delivery. i was NOT happy about the pricing. They offered a 5% discount first time purchase.BUT I never got the code to my e mail or phone,made the order and then was informed I could not get the discount since I already ordered. A 45 dollar loss to my company which I did not appreciate. i wish there were some way to correct that. Otherwise the company seems fine ,if not computer savvy between us.”

“I was noy totally happy with my order due to the fact I was sent the updated version of sp3512 which was the spex3512 which plumbs different then the original I ordered. In the catalog online it does not say the sp3512 was discontinued. As far as the service and shipment I was extremely happy!!”

Hello Juan, We received your order after 5PM Eastern Time Thursday June 17th. Your order was picked and processed that night in our East Coast Facility, and then picked up by the carrier the following morning Friday the 18th. The item delivered Monday the 21st to your home. We want you to know, we processed this item as fast as possible and got the item to the carrier for delivery. We hope you give us another shot!

“The response and shipping was all right but the packaging was marginal. For the high cost of shipping and handling I would have expected the item to come in a box for protection. A bubble wrap envelop does not protect the fragile strainer.”

“I usually avoid ordering from companies who use Fedex, their service is atrocious. Package was supposed to arrive on Monday, it showed up Thursday. Highly unlikely I’ll order again as long they use this company to move their products”
