“Ideally packaging could have been better. Box arrived in rough shape and items were loosely in the box. Had several small items in the order so had to verify nothing fell out of the box during shipping. Competitive pricing and fast shipping otherwise.”

“When I called and asked the customer service representative for a 1hp pump he told me that they didn't have it in stocks and TOLD ME "A 1 1/2 HP WOULD WORK JUST FINE AND IT WONT MAKE MUCH DIFFERENCE"...Wrong! After it arrived I found out it makes a big difference. So I called back to arrange a return and bottom line is, I got charged $ 139.88. From my refund.. NOT HAPPY ! (Shipping and restock fee. I'm sure you know who I talked to.”
