“I purchased a specific shaft from the Prier spigot line. Big Frog sent me the incorrect part. (The part you sent does not match what I ordered.) I contacted Big Frog and you agreed the wrong part was sent. All this is good. However, it has been several days and I have not heard how you will resolve the issue. I really want the part I ordered. My spigot is inoperative until I get this part.”

Unfortunately, it was sent by mail and that leads to NO tracking but the item was here in about 4 or 5 days. I will be ordering from this place again. Very good service indeed!! “You staff seemed to know exactly what I needed. I had tried contacting multiple sites to acquire 12 volt 1w light bulbs because the ones I had were 3.5w. You tech explained that I should be looking at the lumens rather than just the wattage. I bought the bulbs and they were delivered in a few days. I recommend your site. I give it 5 stars.”
