Finally bugged their supplier and got my order sent out to me

I ordered 2 items and the order was pending without any notification to me that one of the items wasn’t in stock. I would have preferred to receive notification why the order was pending versus wondering what went wrong. I finally called and spoke with someone who was able to assist me and cancel the order for the item not in stock. The product received was a good price and was received in good condition. I would shop again with Big Frog.

It would be nice if the phone numbers for big frog worked nobody answers the phone. The light are awesome nice and bright. You need to tell customers it will take about 3 week for delivery. Thank you for your help when I finally got threw

The order supplied was perfect, but each plastic bag, the instructions and fittings, and two insulated bags were very wet. The instructions, while readable had to be copied in pieces because of the condition of the paper.

I ordered replacement solenoids using the information from the old system solenoids, but the threads on the new purchased solenoids did not fit! Very frustrated…..

welp, it was short 2 screws, and I had to double up the old o-ring with the new o-ring to stop the leaking that was the bad I guess. what made me happy . . . . it looked identical to the old one to my eye at least .

Order processing and customer support excellent. Error in pick, pack and ship of the order resulted in 8 of the original 9 lights delivered in the wrong color. Items returned with request to expedite re-shiped items to ensure an on time completion of install. However, error in shipping instructions resulting in a 5 working day delay in receipt. Thanks for the credit of $100.
