“When calling for technical support, I was disappointed with the answer I received. I was having trouble getting the legs to seat fully against the sink. I was told the legs didn't need to seat against the sink. That tells me that the sink and or the legs were made incorrectly. That leaves the customer to deal with an inferior product. I modified the legs to fit the sink correctly.”

“Good selection and pricing, 6 of 16 items still not delivered after 10 days. Bag of barbed fittings had three barbed fittings, should be 3 bags of 10. Waiting to see if there are any other errors on missing delivery items before contacting Frog Supply. So far received three deliveries, no packing list with any delivery. I have to track what is missing.”

“Advertised part without dimensions size. Rep stated only size Rainbird made. Would not accept return. And if so, would required purchaser to pay return freight. With return freight it would have cost almost $30 for part. Purchased whole 6" sprinkler from "big box" for $12.98.”
