“Beautiful job of packing. Survived the carrier's attempt to destroy the tankless heater. Initially worried that wrong fuel type had been sent (label on inner box) but Big Frog had included change-over kit with instructions. Less than 10 minutes work to go fron NG to LPG.”

“Big Frog has competitive prices and a wide selection of product. However, they use FedEx Ground for their free shipping. It took 12 days for a shipment to go from Big Frog in VA to CA. While FedEx's poor performance is out of their control, the use of FedEx Ground is very much in their control. I would suggest that they either use USPS or UPS which during the pandemic have proven to be much more reliable.”

“Great unit, works well, easy to set up. Only issue I have is you can not program the unit to stop your irrigation system for less then 72 hours. Other rain sensor I have used stops Iragation system for 24 hours. I would not buy this again for that reason.”

“I was looking for a replacement Rain Bird valve that I have not been able to find at any of my retail sources and Big Frog not only had it but was able to ship it to me within a 5 days. It saved my system due to the fact that the old valve leaked and was a constant source of aggravation. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service.”
