“It was easy to order online and when I had questions about my order i called number on web site questions were answered quickly. I ordered a breakable item it came in broken no fault of big frog sure it was broken in shipping just started replacement process will up date. Thanks big frog for being so easy to work with”

“HI, I ordered (2) $75 rainbirds, they were sent in a soft Fed Ex pouch, Zero protection, no original packaging, no nozzle kits, when I called i really thought it could have been handled in a way that would have fixed the problem but it wasnt, I was just sent a return label, game over..”
