“The item was shipped to a wrong address, 1 which I have never heard of or have ever had anything to do with. I learned this when I wondered where the item was and when tracking saw the mistake and the fact that a return to sender had occurred. Stuff happens and I am not thin skinned. But when I called you the woman who handled my call was just barely civil. No sympathy about what happened not a suggestion what to do about the matter. I am a businessman so I know a person can have an off day but this was vexing. Any solid outfit wishes to please and keep a customer. I understood that I would have to re-order but the more I thought about the more I felt something did not feel right. The person who took my call said the total sum would be credited back to me but I do not yet see that on my card statement.”
