“The item had been backordered so I had to wait longer than usual but once it was in stock it was shipped to me immediately. My only issue was that the plastic cover that covers the top of the unit was missing. This plastic cover is only to cover the top of the unit during construction and once complete it is removed.”

“We have on demand hot water heaters with a prefilter. I could not find the replacement filter anywhere locally and had searched online. So glad I found Big Frog.
