“Ordered my pro press and it was shipped quickly. When I called their customer service to check on approximately when it should arrive (when you spend $2,000 you’re a little on edge when something is shipped) the gentlemen I spoke with was knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. Thank you for the great price on my new tool, it works great and will make my life easier as a plumber!”

“I was happy with the material and with the delivery. i was NOT happy about the pricing. They offered a 5% discount first time purchase.BUT I never got the code to my e mail or phone,made the order and then was informed I could not get the discount since I already ordered. A 45 dollar loss to my company which I did not appreciate. i wish there were some way to correct that. Otherwise the company seems fine ,if not computer savvy between us.”
