“I never received my order. I had to continually request a status update. Evidently, an incomplete address was used when the order was shipped. I was notified that the order was returned. I provided the complete address and requested that order be resent. Instead, Big Frog just issued a refund. I guarantee you, I will do my shopping elsewhere”

“I ordered an 11.5 inch vent for a tankless water heater. You sent a 21 inch vent and I had to buy the 11.5 from another vendor. When I returned the 21 inch vent your employees lied that it was the correct vent that I ordered. I asked the employee to take a photo showing how long the returned vent was and that was refused. You are totally dishonest.”
