“Fantastic customer service! When the big freeze of Feb ‘21 destroyed tankless water heaters across Texas, Big Frog Supply came through with no back orders and no price gouging. I ordered the last unit of my model in stock, and when that turned out to be damaged, Big Frog not only offered me a higher end model for the same price, but also drove 3 hours to find the unit I really wanted to fulfill my order.
