“Received valve box in a timely manner. 5* for that. But valve box appeared to be 'used' or a 'return'. It was missing one of the side pipe covers, was dirty. Was sold as brand new.”

“I purchased the wire cutter attachment that is advertised to fit most wire strippers. I have a Klein set that I use. The attachment didn't fit and I will need to try and file the metal down to see if I can make it seat properly.”

“Customer service using the online feature could do much better. Once I was able to get ahold of a person, I did get an update on the order. Understand the part I ordered was solely dependent on the supplier, but Big Frog could’ve kept me more accurately updated on the order status.”

“Price with free shipping was good. Arrived quickly, once it was shipped. Communication could be better. After ordering and waiting a couple of days for shipping notification, I finally had to send an email. It wasn't until then, that I found out this item wasn't in stock, and I had to wait for a vendor shipment.”

“All good except the steel bolts for the lid were put on with Loctite and I could not remove 3 of them they spun out the threaded receiver in the top of the basin . Had to cut out the lid to get it off . That was disappointing.”

“I was disappointed that the solution leaked in the packaging. I liked the quick receipt of the product.”

“When calling for technical support, I was disappointed with the answer I received. I was having trouble getting the legs to seat fully against the sink. I was told the legs didn't need to seat against the sink. That tells me that the sink and or the legs were made incorrectly. That leaves the customer to deal with an inferior product. I modified the legs to fit the sink correctly.”

“I'm writing this review because Big Frog keeps emailing me to do it. Perhaps that will stop now? The product took over a week to get here and the box was battered and taped up - apparently it had a rough journey or was being recycled to me. As far as I can tell, it works fine.”

“The flow aide descaler was not sealed properly and the contents inside bucket were wet with the solution. The paperwork inside the kit was not usable and had to rinse everything. I had to buy another solution from Amazon.”
