“I purchased a new synth from Biggars. From the moment I walked in to the store, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to be in a music store again and try out different instruments before commiting to purchasing. Highly recommend visiting the store as the staff are highly knowledgeable and very helpful.”

“Took awhile to select and then get my order, through no fault of Biggars. They were helpful throughout, from testing out whether my shoulder rest would fit in a particular violin case to keeping me fully apprised of how long the case would take to arrive from China. Great service, recommend.”
