“The replacement adapter was exactly what was required. I just hope the new one is more robust than the original. It arrived in a reasonable time and was well packaged but I did not receive tracking information so I didn’t know when it was to be delivered . Luckily someone was in the house.”

“All good thanks. The item wasn’t initially in stock but I was kept informed and given the choice to wait or cancel. I waited and was given an (accurate) estimate of when it would arrive and was emailed when it was ready for collection. Price was competitive, would use again.”
