“The range and prices are both good. There was an issue with their ordering system which meant I didn't get confirmation of my order so I had to chase it but once I did, everything was sorted very quickly and communication was very good. If it hadn't been for this minor issue, it would have been 5 stars rather than 4.”

“Staff always very helpful and friendly. Ready to help with any queries but always ready to leave the customer to browse without them feeling they are being stalked as is the case with some other retailers. “I am happy with my saxophone strap, it is good quality, a good brand and a reasonable price. However, living less than 5 miles from the showroom I am disappointed that there was no option for me to just collect it especially when it was showing as in stock. It's a waste of postal costs and I had to wait many days to receive the item in the mail.”
