“I ordered some sheet music perilously close to Christmas, which had to be sent on to Belfast, and when I phoned to check on its progress, it was already parcelled up and ready to be sent to me, and better still, got to me the next day. The assistant I spoke to was pleasant and helpful, a bonus at this time of year, and the music arrived in time to be played for Christmas! All in all, an excellent retail experience, and a happy pianist on Christmas Day. Thank you, and Happy New Year.”

“I bought a second-hand accordion over the internet, 'sight unseen' (apart from the images on-line) -- it looks and plays as good as new and was immaculately presented, ready and waiting for me, and -- I think -- at a very good price. The only little, tiny tiny adverse comment is -- it can be a bit of an adventure to get there by public transport!”
