“I’ve used them a number of times and have always been satisfied with their level of service. I placed my order for a US made, Drs Best supplement on the 5th May and it arrived via Royal Mail tracker, on the 9th. I’m wary of ordering US supplements, from any one else, because if they are dispatched from the US, to your UK home address, you get stung for UK Customs VAT duty, plus Royal Mail VAT collection fee, Fortunately this doesn’t happen when you order them via Bigvits. There’s no additional cost, on top of their price.”

“Prior to the new website, this would have been a 5 star review every time for reliable and speedy service (which it still is) and a great range of products. However I have encountered difficulties accessing the new site (correct password refused), and all notifications now go to spam, which they didn't before. So sadly it is less of a pleasure to visit the website now.”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear about your login problems. I have had a look back and can see where you had an issue with your password in October. When we switched to the new site, we were unable to transfer across the old passwords as they were encrypted, so even if entered correctly it wouldn't work until reset. Regarding the spam folder, it is frustrating for us too that some customers are seeing this. One solution is if you see a message in your junk folder that isn't junk, select it by clicking on it once and look for the 'Not Junk' button. I am pleased to see you have ordered around 6 or so times since then (including yesterday) so hopefully everything is OK now. If not, please do contact us.
