“I always buy my Vitamins from BigVits because they have the brands i want and i can trust they are genuine products. Also delivery is reliable although I would like to have a free delivery option.”

Thanks for taking the time to give us such great feedback! We do have a free delivery option, which currently is for orders over £50 in the UK. To be able to offer 'free' delivery we would have to increase the cost of the actual products to cover that delivery cost which is around £3.00 for one item. We appreciate not everyone wants to order £50 of products at once, but maybe look at ordering a couple of the same item if it is something you use regularly if you can. That way you only pay once for delivery. Thanks again. Bigvits

“I have used Bigvits for several years. The quality of the supplements is very good and the prices are competitive. However I am disappointed that postage to France is now very expensive to such an extent I am now considering whether to continue as a customer.”

Thank you for your feedback on the delivery costs to France. We currently use the overall weight of the order (up to 2kg) to calculate the delivery charge to EU countries to be very similar to what it costs us. I think what you are seeing, because you placed a larger order, is that the weight goes over 2kg and then the price automatically jumps to a standard £24.98 for a courier delivery. I will have someone investigate this further and see if we can find a better solution. If this happens on your next order, please contact us through the website and we could look at how we ensure we only charge you the actual delivery cost if we can get it cheaper. “BigsVits have been super - Items are always in stock and from the UK and dispatched quickly... Some other online shops say they have stock and then keep one waiting for weeks and then even cancelling orders.”

“I live in London with some mental health issues and cant work computers, I get my Aunt in Australia to order all my supplements. She told me to stop wasting money at Holland & Barretts. She chooses Practitioner supplements and I have been feeling heaps better. Big Vits are efficient and fast.”
