Thank you for your review and feedback, we ar enow working with a system called Tollit which is designed to reduce the fees and taxes. It is unfortunate that Norway palce such high charges on any items imported into the country.

“I was very happy with the customer experience as unfortunately my first order did not arrive when I contacted Bigvits they asked if I mind waiting just a few more days to allow for Royal Mail to deliver the package. I agreed but when they still had not turned up Bigvits sent out a replacement that day they arrived promptly. Will order this product again”

Thank you for your feedback. You requested Royal Mail 48 and this took 3 days to arrive which is as expected and a good service. There are options to pay for faster delivery such as Royal Mail 24 or courier.
