“Using AutoTrader Bikes insurance comparison website is so quick and easy. It even provides quotes for Third Party, Third Party Fire & Theft and Fully Comprehensive policies side by side, which is helpful.”
“Ok, I admit, I am not the best when it comes to using a computer.
I managed to get totally confused with the many policies offered by Bennetts,
What I did not and still do not get is, despite entering the same details and info, I still ended up paying more than the comparisons website calculations. It all got sorted in the end by a very patient lady at Bennetts over the phone.”
“Quick and easy to use and saved me £££££'s. I tried other comparison sites but this was the best site. I will be using again when renewal approaches.”
“I liked your service as it found me the cheapest Quote after wasting time just phoning insurance companys. The insurance I got is also just the right cover I required at a great price.I found your service 1st Class. and would use it again.”
“I was buying insurance for my 16 year old twins for their new motor scooters. Beware of the advertising and the exclusions - they cause a substantial increase to advertised 'best' price. The amount of excess and then voluntary excess can render a policy just meaningless in terms of compensation to the value of the scooter. Watch the 'littlle' sums to, like legal protection, breakdown cover and accessories such as the crash helmets and specialist clothing. I am not sure why the cover is so expensive - it appears as though insurance companies are exploting the supposed reputation of young new riders.........we live in a very low risk area, the bilkes are kept garaged in a secure and alarmed garage, they have massive security locks and alarms, plus they have very expensive trackers fitted yet the insurance cost 450 pounds per bike. The cost shot up when I confirmed that the scooter would be used to go to school - not worth not revealing this rather obvious fact. Why cant insurance companies provide incentives to these learners? Pass your test and get some discount on your next years insurance? No claim in the course of the year then they could provide meaningful discount the following year. Reality? Just keep hiking the costs. The most bitter pill are the quotes - there should be legislation to avoid misrepresentation and to avoid the additional costs associated with the required bolt-ons.”
“Just bought a bike for the first time in many years and of course needed insurance, went on to Bike Trader and on to their compare site, filled in the requested details and hit the button, a whole list of insurance company's came up with each one offering extra's like breakdown cover or european cover and a price, it was so simple saved hours phoning each company for the best deal as it was all there. Fantastic I fully recommend it.”
