It's been a complete nightmare from the beginning. I have never been able to make this thing start. I bought a kit from this company, and paid a little more, because I assumed they must have better customer service, since their prices are higher. I'm pretty disappointed, cause the motor still leaks, and won't start, and they haven't done anything to help besides tell me it's my fault. Maybe they're right. I even told him it was probably my fault, and he still just keeps telling me that, even after I agreed with him. Thanks guys.

Had an issue with the original engine ordered, contacted customer support and Earl was very helpful and got me the parts I needed to finish the job quickly without charge.

Wow the best customer service. While installing the piston into the cylinder head a ring broke I texted customer service and within five minutes I got a text on my phone order put in for new rings under warranty. What can I say you can’t beat that, thanks again…

I give Bikeberry's website the same score as I would cold wet toast- about a 1-1/2. I find it very cumbersome to maneuver through and counter intuitive to use. My customer service rep David helped me through it, answering both technical questions and ordering questions expertly. He was extremely patient with me as I fumbled my way through my difficult order. David is the best customer service I've ever encountered. He gets 6 stars out of 5 from me.

The wrong item was sent to me and after dealing with a number of other customer service representatives Freddie was the only person to do the right thing for a repeat customer and resolved the issue. I’ll be a repeat customer but only if Freddie is still there in case I have issues again. Freddie is the one person who can be trusted to do the job correctly! Thank you

Alvin , was very helpful, straightforward, and to the point. He fixed my "missing parts" real quick and made sure with me that such was needed. He seemed very knoweldgable about the product and worked well to ensure that I was satisfied. I will continue to be a customer of Bike Berry, for this very reason.

FREDDIE and ALVIN have been exceptional in their responses, email and chats. FREDDIE walked me through some FedEx shipping damage, responded quickly, and also organized reshaping of a damaged break cable. ALVIN walked me through concerns I had with billing due to some of my paypal confusion and accidental double ordering. I respect this company and look forward to continuing to do business in the future as my first order was a gift though I myself am now interested in checking out products for myself,thank you.. - Jared.
