This company doesn't send the right parts after being sent dozens of pictures and item numbers or take responsibility when it makes an error.
Look for a quality bike that you can actually get parts for if it breaks.
Not a cheap Chinese Product that has ZERO customer support.
I have been given the run around by Bikeberry support for 4 months.
Always with a promise of things to come. That are never deliveried.
I give up on ever getting any type of warranty from this company.
If they can not get parts for the bike they have a warranty for then they should send a new bike or at least give a discount to purchase another one.
They have done nothing except say to wait. For 4 months Ive been waiting.
I have logs of all the chats for 4 months. None of the promises have been met.
Steer Clear! Unless you want ignored and blocked.”

“So far , my experience with bite berry is about 70/30, 70 good. I ordered to complete my beach Cruiser, with 4 stroke engine.
Everything thanks, but the rims was good. The rims came, but that's okay. Cause I was going to order mags anyway.
