I just left a simple message on chat regarding this. I thought that it was over. But Freddie was working behind the scenes to find my solution and emailed it to me! “Defective product, missing, parts, lousy assembly directions, and horrible customer service. They never refunded what they said they would, they never remediated the missing parts or the defective manufacturing, and now they are completely ignoring me. I've spent hundreds of dollars for a bike that is still lying in pieces on my living room floor months later. It cannot be assembled due to manufacturing defects which have been photographed and sent to them as they requested. Later I found another site of reviews for this company - all of them terrible and with similar complaints to my own. Don't trust this company for online sales!”
