“The live chat people are awesome, even when I didn't know what I was asking for Earl was able to direct me to the piece I needed. Which brings me to the problem of the bikeberry site itself, in my family's case for instance, we bought the switz cruise 80cc bike and bought different rims but the new rims were missing parts to put them on, there should be a suggestion section under the item you are buying of parts you will need to buy in order to use the part, that way you do not have to keep going back to buy parts.”
“I ordered bike from Bikeberry and never received it. It was apparently stolen by someone in Fedex. However, Bikeberry assumed no responsibility on their end. They left me dealing with the issue with Fedex. I was never reimbursed. I am a 73 year old man, living on 1k per month from social security. It literally took me years to save for this purchase. I battled covid, then back surgery and now that I am back on my feet, I would like to ride. But, I can't afford to. This company has evil in them and terrible policies for helping their customers. I don't have the energy to fight them.”

“Wrong parts came in order, paid for 2 day express shipping, now coming 4 days later than expected. A reimbursement for shipping cost would have been nice. Also a couple more issues with website as skirt measurements for position #1 and #5 are inaccurate. Video on "hp carb" is a joke. Cables are not to be kinked and gaskets definitely don't get super glued. The supplied noodle causes the cable length problem, put NT carb throttle cable inlet on hp carb and that's all. I am big on trust and am not impressed by misleading webpage advertisements and incorrect instructional videos.”
