I've had a bit of a complicated mess. I get it, Chinese manufacturers , maybe my stuff was made on a friday and they get off on Saturday. Either case I've had a few hard stuck issues and problems with the product.
Despite this, Earl was willing to go through the proper verification's on what was going wrong to see if one, my claim was valid, and two if he could help me out.
He was prompt, he was quick, he told me what to do during my questioning.
I am not the easiest to talk to when I am frustrated, lord knows my Girlfriend understands that the best... Yet professionally speaking, Earl kept it professional, to the point even with my rambling.
I am in a bad spot in my life, and planned on relying on the product provided to me by BikeBerry.com , but I kinda now realize there is a reason to choose a good provider above just a good product.
It isn't the bike that I bought, it is the service with the bike, and so far they 'not just Earl but many others , Tyler I believe was one big help too' , and yeah well I've received a lot of support.
