“Slow company. Dont trust their shipping policy. I ordered a bike friday September 13. Their website said shipping in 1-2 days. Monday i get an email from the ghost in their verification department Ana. They needed information to verify so i send them the information through email. I called to see if they got it none responded. The next day they said they needed more info but when i called to verify none answered. I was told it will be shipped at the end of this week. So shipping took 5 days. On top of that they ssid it will take 10 days to get to me even after i accepted their will call location to be picked up when i paid shipping to have it delivered to my place.SHADY LIARS. SHIPPING POLICY IS A LIE. IM SURE ILL NEVER GET MY BIKE”
“There is nothing remotely great about their service or their techs, not for me. A "lifetime" of being repeatedly told the same thing, not getting any real help, and being treated like I must be stupid because I'm not one of them isn't an actual bonus. If you buy from them, don't expect a refund when their product doesn't work. NOTE: If you put gas and oil in it, you don't get money back. Hey, nice trick guys, because there's no way to tell by looking at the parts individually that it's going to work! Crappy business practice. So when you find out they don't REALLY stand behind their product, you're already juked out of the money. Who wants to exchange an entire motor after doing all the work? Then do it again??...thanks but no thanks. Been back and forth with these guys on email and chat for close to a month. Their engines aren't the quality they claim, they aren't as helpful as they claim, and the greatest online buying experience they promise is NOT true. I've had nothing but run around. The same answers that aren't the answer and no offer of a real solution. Paid a lot more money than what other sites charge because they're supposed to be awesome. Totally unimpressed. Maybe I got a dud, maybe I suck as a client, but they aren't trying to make it right. A coil is $12 and they refuse to acknowledge that could be the problem or offer to send one. So I'll just buy it and hopefully be done with this whole dud of a crew. Buyer beware. PS: they're going to fill your inbox with spam.”
“Out of two engines both the electric start engine 66 80cc first ont the crank broke where the threads end for the clutch side of the crank the 2nd engine is waiting for it's 3rd cylinder and 5th piston all do to the piston wrist pin clip breaking and
damaging the cylinder wall and or piston the deralics at bike berry say nothing more then out of warranty they laim to sell the best they don't they are definitely a pac of liars”
“Earl the guy that did chat with me was worthless he didn't help me at all I'm trying to get a bicycle with a gas engine on payments and he didn't help me try to get a bike or anything he was worthless and wasn't any help so no I'm not happy”
“took 9 months to ship a 9 dollar item. I emailed them several times that i didnt need the item any more and i just got a copy and paste email for a 10% discount”
“I ordered bike from Bikeberry and never received it. It was apparently stolen by someone in Fedex. However, Bikeberry assumed no responsibility on their end. They left me dealing with the issue with Fedex. I was never reimbursed. I am a 73 year old man, living on 1k per month from social security. It literally took me years to save for this purchase. I battled covid, then back surgery and now that I am back on my feet, I would like to ride. But, I can't afford to. This company has evil in them and terrible policies for helping their customers. I don't have the energy to fight them.”
“Ordered the bbr f -zero kit with engine. Unpacked it, nuts screws & washers littered in the bottom, no clue what other small parts fell through the box hole. Seat had small tear. Rear brake caliper was connected to the bike & was busted. Seriously no parts list, no manual you have to watch incomplete videos from a bikeberry guy who probably gets better patrs & pieces. Rear wheel must be missing a spacer or it wouldn't get sucked and jammed into the disk brake. Motor does not fit correctly unless maybe you buy the special bracket. "Racing" Air filter touches Frame and way to close to the tank petcock. Gas cap no doubt would have future issues fits like garbage. Everytime you touch the bike paint comes right off 😆. Aluminum frame pretty useless. Emailed twice, no response. Don't, waste hard earned money on that thing, basically like throwing money in the trash. Had better luck with cheap Huffy frames.”
“It's been a complete nightmare from the beginning. I have never been able to make this thing start. I bought a kit from this company, and paid a little more, because I assumed they must have better customer service, since their prices are higher. I'm pretty disappointed, cause the motor still leaks, and won't start, and they haven't done anything to help besides tell me it's my fault. Maybe they're right. I even told him it was probably my fault, and he still just keeps telling me that, even after I agreed with him. Thanks guys.”
“My 16 year old saved to be able to buy an engine for his bike.. according to the sites measurement information the engine he bought should have fit his bike.... it didn't, so he purchased the recommended mountain bike on bikeberry that was a two week wait. The engine fit barely but after recieveing the bike he had to order a special mounting bracket that wasn't mentioned by customer service. Another 2 week wait later... we got it all put together only to find out the cdi is a dud... so again to customer service who said they were sending another.. 2 weeks later still have not received it and was just told its on back order til??? If you want a chance to return or exchange make sure right out of the box you test the cdi with an ohm meter because once the engine has been mounted they won't let you return it. My poor kid has spent over 600 dollars on a paper weight.”
“Defective product, missing, parts, lousy assembly directions, and horrible customer service. They never refunded what they said they would, they never remediated the missing parts or the defective manufacturing, and now they are completely ignoring me. I've spent hundreds of dollars for a bike that is still lying in pieces on my living room floor months later. It cannot be assembled due to manufacturing defects which have been photographed and sent to them as they requested. Later I found another site of reviews for this company - all of them terrible and with similar complaints to my own. Don't trust this company for online sales!”
“DO NOT BUY from bikeberry.com! Bad policy=bad customer satisfaction. I purchased a bike for $630 and it arrived defective due to the front fork being bent to the point of not being able to even put the front tire on. So, not even being able to ride the bike you'd think that they would exchange the bike for customer satisfaction...NOPE! Seems customers satisfaction is not a priority. I have all chat transcripts, saved and on file, from 3 different days trying to get this resolved. I have photos of the defect and the packaging it was shipped in. The packaging was perfect on arrival but in one of the chats they tried to say shipping could’ve damaged it even though photos were already sent. In the first chat log, they wouldn't provide me with a return authorization. They do/say whatever they feel even if it’s not accurate/true. Also, their return policy page states that they will refund or exchange a defective PRODUCT, and after 5 days of normal use. Remind you, I wasn't able to even test it for 5 days because its defective beyond rideable out the box. So what did they do? They state that the fork will be replaced because that's the defective "product", and that their warranty policy will override their return policy..HUH? Here's the issue: I did not buy the fork as the "product", I purchased a brand new bike as the product. The fork happens to be a part of the bike but again I did not buy a fork. I spent $630 for a bike, NOT A FORK. At this point, I’ve had enough, I’ll NEVER purchase from Bikeberry.com again. We’ll see if they honor their 1 year warranty if the need arises. So, they send the fork, and now I'm responsible for replacing the fork and fixing a brand new bike that I haven't even rode yet. I also had to disassemble the front brake just to be able to transfer it over to the new fork, it’s been a complete headache. Bikeberry.com has awful customer satisfaction policy and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE! They didn’t even offer any compensation for the hassle…TERRIBLE!”
