"There is nothing remotely great about their service or their techs, not for me. A \"lifetime\" of being repeatedly told the same thing, not getting any real help, and being treated like I must be stupid because I'm not one of them isn't an actual bonus. If you buy from them, don't expect a refund when their product doesn't work. NOTE: If you put gas and oil in it, you don't get money back. Hey, nice trick guys, because there's no way to tell by looking at the parts individually that it's going to work! Crappy business practice. So when you find out they don't REALLY stand behind their product, you're already juked out of the money. Who wants to exchange an entire motor after doing all the work? Then do it again??...thanks but no thanks. Been back and forth with these guys on email and chat for close to a month. Their engines aren't the quality they claim, they aren't as helpful as they claim, and the greatest online buying experience they promise is NOT true. I've had nothing but run around. The same answers that aren't the answer and no offer of a real solution. Paid a lot more money than what other sites charge because they're supposed to be awesome. Totally unimpressed. Maybe I got a dud, maybe I suck as a client, but they aren't trying to make it right. A coil is $12 and they refuse to acknowledge that could be the problem or offer to send one. So I'll just buy it and hopefully be done with this whole dud of a crew. Buyer beware. PS: they're going to fill your inbox with spam."

"I absolutely love this company, and I have been buying from them for years. Had a small issue with one of the wheels I purchased, and they shipped one out after asking. Just a few questions. What a great company. Keep up the great customer service, you'll never fail."
