My order was confirmed promptly and although I was confused by a second confirmation from the Royal Mail saying that my order from the "Woolly Hat Shop" was en route, then delayed due to strike action, I was delighted to receive my bargain well packaged and exactly as ordered even if later than expected. Haven't yet had chance to test out my Park Tool torque wrench but I would certainly use Bike Parts for future purchases.”
“Received a confirmation email promptly on ordering, the new wheels I ordered were sensibly really well packaged as to avoid damage. The courier used was two days late on initial delivery date, (no fault of bike parts), but that was the only issue.
