“Pete was fabulous, he gave me some great advice on a cue for my son's 18th birthday, had it personalised and got it despatched to me in super quick order. Very pleased with the great customer service. A very happy customer!”

“I bought a peredon cue from Billiards boutique off there website. It turned up yesterday and what beautiful example of a cue it is. My questions were answered quickly and Pete was incredibly knowledgable and very helpful. Delivery across the world was fast and when problems arose Pete was fast get them fixed. Your customer service is second to none! I will be buying from you again. Thankyou for all your help.”

“Whilst browsing, they offered a very helpful insight into which products would best suit me. Fast and efficient process of ordering and then receiving my chosen snooker cue. Delighted with the quality of my cue. Would recommend Billiards Boutique to anyone.”

“Firstly the phone was answered and after a 10 minute conversation with Pete he gave me some excellent and useful advice for a pool cue for my son which duly arrived the day he said it would. The product itself is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend Billiards Boutique.”

“I have been ordering products from BB alot. Each time I talk to someone in customer service they really make me feel like they want to make sure I am happy 100 percent! I do not experience that level of attention from many other merchants. They sell top quality products and if you are not happy with your purchase, they will make it right. I am a forever loyal fan of BB and I am spreading the word!””

“I think the website itself is first class. I find it easy to use and really quite stylish. Also there is a wide and varied range for the discerning cue sports enthusiast. The thing that sets it apart for me though is the service. The communication was fantastic and Pete offered a really good personal service which I find excellent for a distance selling business. Overall I'm delighted with Billiards Boutique and won't hesitate to use them again in future.”
