“I ordered a Cue Craft Marksman and i waited 5 weeks for it to arrive. The cue was everything i expected it be and more. But unfortunately after the first day playing with it the butt had a small split, an email was sent to CueCraft who in turn have offered to repair the butt section.Its not the best solution , but hopefully it will all end well”

George, thank you for spending the time to write a review. I am of course sorry that there was damage to the item and as you know already I will do everything in my power to make it right. Just for information, although we quote 2-3 weeks for custom made Cue Craft cues the factory can sometimes take longer.

“I've been buying from Billiards Boutique for a little while now, and have always found Pete to be approachable and helpful with advice, and after sales support. In fact, I expect that I probably could have saved a few quid by shopping elsewhere for my last purchase, but decided Billiards Boutique was the best, and most trusted option. When making my latest purchase, I received an email the same day of the order - explaining the shipping process, and even received the cue a day early via tracked next day delivery. I would not, and will not hesitate to shop with Billiards Boutique again, and would advise anybody with an interest in snooker or pool to make them their trusted equipment supplier.”

Hi Joyce, thank you for the review, The shipping was delayed as our carrier class Sardinia as a different destination to Italy, on your original order you only stated Cagliari, Italy so the parcel firstly came back to us and was then re-dispatched for you.
