“Really happy with the cue I've just bought. From order to delivery it felt like I had personal service. Day of order (Xmas Eve) I got an email explaining the process. Every time I asked a question a response came within minutes. Then they cue arrived on exactly the day I was promised. Will be back again. Cheers Pete much appreciated.”

“I ordered just before Christmas, so I didn't expect to receive my packages until after the New Year. However, I got a phone call from Pete who explained this. I was surprised that he did take the time to let me know this, I was at the most expecting to get an email simply stating an estimated delivery date. This modest business does feel as friendly and caring as you'd expect from any modest business; the customer service is why I'm rating it so high. The cues themselves also came in great condition, well packaged and secured, and the personalised discs looked fantastic! I don't know much about buying professional cues so I can't compare that aspect to anything, but it really wasn't too steep and I did very much appreciate the care towards me and my purchases. Thank you Billiards Boutique, keep up the good work :)”
