“Everything was done as promised. I ordered a cue on the Wednesday and had it next day, couldn't fault anything - very impressed thank you!”

“Response and despatch is very good. However the quality of some of the " name" products, which, I don't think, is the responsibility of BB, is questionable. Delivery time was excellent. My favourite s/b supply and info site. I will of course, shop here.”

“Although I have only purchased a few items from BB I have always been treated like a valued customer. Goods have always been delivered swiftly and exactly as ordered. I shall continue to use BB and to recommend them to friends and members of other snooker teams. I could not be more happy with their service.”

“I bought cue tips package arrived in a few days a all good . However my son did not require all some of the items were more to his requirement. So posted it back for a refund.”
