“Everything is great takes a little longer to get it to me in Canada not your fault our system a little slow You did send me a thank you letter for my 1st order but I've been getting things from Billiard Boutique for a few yrs now very satisfied”

“Pete was brilliant in sorting out our lost parcels ( sent via Royal mail) and he agreed to send them the tracked service which delivered them today, having spoken to BB yesterday ref the issue. Not their fault and great to see a supplier taking ownership and sorting out an issue not of their making . Thanks, Simon”

“Contacted me to explain that the cue I had ordered would not fit in the bag I'd ordered at the same time, instead of just shipping it out. They are ordering one in for me that will fit the cue in time for a birthday gift. Very helpful, communicative and friendly. Would recommend :)”

“The order was shipped on the 3/11. Told by your customer service it was in Australia on 8/11. No ability to track item, unable to call shipping company. No idea where item is at this point.”

“I purchased a Peradon crown 18oz cue with package, Cue case and 6 inch mini butt and the mini butt was not in the case, Peter ensured I got this item the very next day. The cue is fantastic currently rolling back the years and my confidence in my game and new cue is immense. A great company to do business and Peter could not have been any more proactive or professional in ensuring all my product was delivered.”

“Order a few bits for re-tipping my cue, shipment was very quick and arrived within the time frame given. Upon noticing an item was missing i contact billiards boutique through their messaging system, I received an email rectifying the mishap and my item arrived the next day. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service that they provide which will make me purchase with them again.”

“Everything I orderd was correctand delivered on time only thing I can say negative is that the cue case I orderd says it fits all extensions but I can't shut case with a full length telescopic”

“Good quality cue (peradon king cue) , delivered in belgium in a few days , good communication and service . I expected the cue case (that was in the package) to be of a bit higher quality , but overall very satisfied with my purchase .”
