“I used to buy snooker accessories from other stores and when I get them, most of the times the things were not what I ordered. but that is not the case with them. Billiards Boutique not just have the best products but their staff is very professional as well and their owner Peter takes care of every single order himself till it reaches you. The best service out there.”

“a little disappointed at first because the cue i ordered turned out to be out of stock. these things happen, but this was more than made up for by peter williams, who not only upgraded me to a more expensive model at no extra cost, but also refunded the cost of the next day delivery i'd already paid for. unlike other companies i could mention, this is exactly the level of customer service that people hope for when they shop online, and i for one will certainly be returning to peter for my next purchases. thanks again.”

“Mr. Pete Williams: Just received my Peradon snooker cue and must say that it arrived in lightning speed. Was shipped out on Thursday Oct 8 and arrived here in Vancouver Canada on Tuesday, October 13th. That represents two full business days as yesterday was a holiday therefore no services could be provided. Pete, thank you for your prompt responses to all my emails as I was very concerned and hesitant in ordering a cue, sight un-seen, as I am very particular in having a straight grain and you hand picked and delivered one that is perfect in that regard. Will be passing on and recommending your site to many of my snooker friends. -Laurence Vancouver”
