“The ordering and buying process was very quick and easy. The communication about my order was great and it arrived on time and was well packaged. Mike, I am sorry you felt the need to leave us a negative review. I had spoken to you on the phone yesterday about your order and stated I would dispatch another set for you, this did leave us via 1st class post on Thursday 10th December, whilst Royal Mail make every effort to deliver 1st class post on a next day basis sometimes it can take 2 days. “Ordered a cue for a Christmas present had no idea about cues had lots of help, when I made a purchase I ordered a personalised disk for the wrong cue and they sorted this with me directly. Great help with shipping. Amazing would defiantly recommend. Thank you”

“Fantastic service from billiards boutique. Great communication ordered, delivered an installed within 3 days. Payment plan makes the table very affordable. The table itself is excellent, lightweight, strong. The roll is perfect and the underneath construction with metal beams aims to prevent any warping which would adversely affect play. The baize is hard wearing and acceptable for leisure use. The table overall is pricey but looks great and is designed very well. I wholly recommend the service billiards boutique provide.”
