“The product seemed good, I put a new tip on and waited more than 12 hours, used the cue and the tip came off, tut tut. I put another tip on, after cleaning the end of the cue, left it clamped for two days. Then after a further 4 days I went to use it again and after a short use the tip came off again. What am I doing wrong”

“Really impressed, very quick and efficient service. Cue arrived next day. One disappointing aspect was that the majority of cues were sold out which limited my options. Apart from that I'd recommend!”

“Ordered the Peradon York Cue from BB along with a case and 2 extensions. Prices are very reasonable and delivery was quick! Email notifications kept me up-to-date all the way and I love the fact that they have reward points! Also worth mentioning a very fast and efficient finance application. Billiards Boutique have the full package. Just a slight negative comment - please try your best to keep your best selling products in stock!”

“Happy with my purchases but when I ordered next day delivery the website didn't explain that if you ordered a made to measure cue then it would take approximately 4 to 5 weeks. But the cost for the next day delivery would still be taken.”
