“My online guitar order turned up damaged, I suspect the delivery company was responsible. Billy Hyde offered a replacement. It took a while due to Covid but it finally arrived and this time Toll delivered and they are much better in their class of delivery. Very happy with my new Yamaha revstar 502T. Thank you Billy Hyde and the great hardworking online web team!”

“Order placed on a Sunday, goods sent first thing Monday, thanks guys. Easy to use/navigate website with accurate stock indications on items. Price was very competitive and the item was extremely well packed and turned up in pristine condition. The courier didn’t update their tracking throughout transit but it arrived prior to expected delivery date and the lack of tracking updates is a reflection on the courier rather than the store. 5 stars, will shop again, would recommend to others.”
