“I received a broken guitar that took a while to refund, only due to the shipping company. The effort that Billy Hyde undertook to fix the problem was fantastic. It’s just a shame the guitar arrived the way it did.”

“Service was excellent , free delivery makes it such a bonus , I live in far north QLD so to get products here that our small music shops don’t have or do but cost so much more to get here . Delivery was very fast I’m very happy with the service and the guitar I bought is absolutely beautiful, cheers guys .”
