“I have been a very loyal customer with Binance for more than 3 years. I turn over 100's of thousands of dollars every month. The way I have been treated by this company has no logic. Customer service will only chat via text. They refuse to give you even a first name. I had people leave the chat and left me hanging for so long. I wanted to see how long this would go for. It went for over 6 hours. Then one person came back to talk and aplogised, then I asked for his name to determine if it was the same person that left me hanging for hours, he went quite again. I have seen people on this forum ask the question why aren't people making videos on YouTube about how terrible customer service is with binance, well, you will start seeing videos now by me. In case you didn't pick up on my message to everyone, never ever make the mistake of dealing with Binance. They have caused me so much stress and you are mad if you consider dealing with them.”

“I tried to open an account with them, for more than 2 months. A real comedy of errors. They would repeatedly ask me for the SAME documents over and over again. Their filing system must suck. These fucks are Sooooo damn incompetent, I will never trust them with my money. A couple of times, they even referred to me by someone else name. By the time I said enough is enough and stopped responding to their demands, I had already been verified by two other prominent US exchanges in the same time.”

“Yes it is possible to retrieve your stolen bitcoins. I never believed in bitcoin recovery because I was made to understand that it is not possible. But sometime in February I fell for a binary options scam which promised a higher return and I lost close to $75,000. “They spread this false news that the bad comments and reviews they get is from their competitors and this is so not true that believe is very false. I personally lost $69,000 in BTC to these guys. I was almost going insane. Right about 2 weeks after my ordeal with them I tried using the recommendation from someone on one of the comment section’!!!! joehackBTC !!!!! via telegram with my prove and everything they took legal actions against them and help filed a complaint against them and I got my money back, I was able to get all my money back less than 48 hours when the heat was unbearable for them.”

“Company has possession of my coins, but wants 0.002 bitcoin to release the coins to me. All transaction and processing fees for the transaction have already been paid, and Binance admits it has possession of my property. They are criminals.”

“Binance has a very Nice Website easy to use and Trade on also excellent staking Options. However their customer support is very very bad. I am now stuck a week with a withdrawal block on all my crypto. I have submitted everything to the letter asked of me from Binance Support but still I am having zero success in having the Block Lifted. I will be back to update this review when my issue is fixed if you still see this you know it has not been fixed. Case ID #70039149”
