“We purchased some items from Binnacle.com and the shipping was free and very quick. The shoes were the wrong size and when contacted they sent the return label(free). We returned the shoes, tracked the package, and were notified that it had been received. They will ship the correct size(free). Very happy with the customer service. Very quick replies to emails. Will definitely shop again. Thank You”

While I continue to support local BC sellers, many boat dollars have been happily sent over the years to Binnacle with items delivered cross country back to Vancouver Island at the right landed price. “Fast delivery, vast selection. 'Trem' 'Cinghia' safety line has poor latches, sticks in partial closed position. Needs better quality control. Can be fixed with a file.”
