“I have placed several orders with Binnacle over the years and all have ended successfully. Their delivery is fast and the product as described is accurate. The individuals at Binnacle are very customer focused and respond quickly to questions that I have had. In one case, I needed to return a product as my requirements change and it was replaced by another with no hassle or complications. They are great to deal with and Ill continue to do so.”

“I recently e-mailed a question about rope for a fender step in which I was interested and received a very quick reply containing the information I needed. I placed an order for both items, and they arrived - on the West coast - very quickly. I installed the fender on our boat this afternoon, and, as promised, the rope works very well with it. They are exactly what we needed, AND were reasonably priced! I am very happy with both.”
