“Shipping was and always has been prompt. Also, packaging is always secure. Being an on line, distant, shopper I really appreciate staff comments as a result of them trying on clothing and making comments as to how they fit relative to the manufactures rated size. Your sale pricing is competitive.”

“service is always excellent. and, not Binnacle's fault, but the Nicro/Marinco low profile vents aren't very well made. Two were squashed a bit (and I hope their shape will recover) andone of teh four has a lousy finish on it, and all have poor moulding lines 80 to 90 bucks for moulded vinyl is enough, and one woul dexpect a quality product.”

“I have recently written and sent 2 disgruntled reviews of Binnacle. I chose Binnacle because their mail order prices were lower than my local supplier, The Chandlery, in Ottawa. Recently you sent me promotional E Mails for a big "Black Friday Sale" but the price of the product I purchased was marked 'Sale' but was exactly the same price as last summer. To me, that is false advertising. If you are having a store wide sale then you should give your customers some sort of discount.”

Hi, the item you are referring to was on sale in the summer and then it was also on sale this past month (Black Friday sale). Both times they were clearly marked as "on sale" on the website. I am not sure why you are upset that we put an item on sale twice. If I am misunderstanding the circumstances please send an email to info@binnacle.com or give us a call.

“We needed our order faster than usual. A quick call to Binnacle and Olivia helped us arrange overnight shipping. The staff always been so helpful every time we have contacted them. The website, inventory as well as pricing are awesome. I just wish they were on the west coast as well!”
