“No options for shipping, Expedited shipping only offered 10$ item 17$ shipping... flat pack envelope would have cost 5-7 bucks if that ... bringing total cost down... not impressed I work in shipping and this price is a joke. stop ripping people off.”

Hi, we provide the full cost including any shipping charges before you place your order on the website so you know exactly what your total will be. The size of the box used would not have reduced the shipping cost. We have free shipping on orders over $99

“Everything was very good until I went to install the navionics card, the card will not fit the dragonfly 5pro. Card is to big , it is the Raymarine navionics+bundle. MSD/NEB - 3/R1 I need help.”

Hi Gerard, the card is a MicroSD/SD card which means the Micro card (the size of your baby fingernail) is inside the larger SD card. You just have to use your thumbnail to pull it out. I will email you a picture.
