“Binnacle’s price for my winch was the best I could find in Canada and I always prefer to shop in country. Great service although the winch was not in stock they kept me informed of its progress and followed up promptly. Travelled from coast to coast and arrived in great shape. Now if they would just install it for me . . .”

“Good communication, information on the shipping dates is accurate, product descriptions are accurate. Happy with the transaction, testing of the actual product will take time so cannot comment on product performance however my initial impression is the products received are of good quality.”
