“One of the products I ordered was incorrect, but I contacted customer support and it was dealt with promptly. Eric sent the correct product and offered to let me keep the original. Only suggestion I would make is using a different shipping method. I believe the website said Canada post under shipping options, but my package was sent via UPS. They are horrible to deal with and absolutely useless if you need to update shipping information or re direct a package.”

“Binnacle is my go to place for boat supplies. Their prices are as good or better than anywhere, service and shipping excellent and they are in Canada. Being in small town Ontario with no local marine supply store it is very convenient to have such a good resource for most of my boat supplies.”

“Service and delivery both good. Had an issue with an item that I ordered that apparently wasn't in stock (not sure how that happens with inventories managed via computer) but Binnacle's support team was quite helpful and was able to assist with getting a substitute item without delay. I will use them again, pricing is very good. David”

“Did not notice an option to select a better shipping method , did not expect to wait several weeks to receive my order. I needed them a week ago, would have gladly paid extra to get them here sooner. No reason to have to wait weeks for them.”

Hi, we shipped your order 4 hours after we received it. The free shipping option is ground shipping so it takes a week or a little more to get to BC
