“The "Binnacle" portion of this experience was fine. The shipping portion however, was abysmal! If you have any choice in the matter, NEVER have anything shipped UPS, they are, by far, the worst company, shipping or otherwise, that we have ever dealt with.... and for that reason alone, we will never buy from Binnacle.com again.”
