“I ordered marine varnish. My brother-in-law had ordered head parts a few days earlier. Binnacle was able to get both items on the same order saving me the shipping charge on the marine varnish. Very much appreciated. I received the order very quickly.”

“Best customer service and support I have ever had. I am not a huge online shopper, so when I do shop I want to know I am secure and supported and the Binnacle.Com has this covered. Needless the to say the products, support and availability are critical and the web site supports this as well. Additionally cannot beat the pricing in Canada as well. Strongly recommended”

“We are currently in the Bahamas with no plans of returning to either the US or Canada. Binnacle was AMAZING when it came to helping us figure out how to get some parts and a chain counter to us. We ended up shipping it to a visitor in Canada, who brought it down, but Binnacle was really great making sure everything was shipped in time. Just awesome.”

“Great product knowledge in there electronic navigation department. Worth the few dollars more then the faceless online giants. And products were as advertised and received quickly. Even with personal contact from the electronic department to confirm that what I ordered was actually what I needed to accomplish the task I had. Great job.”

“I've been shopping at the Binnacle, online and in person, for more than a decade. I've had parts and products shipped to me as far as the isolated Indonesian Archipelago, and I've always dealt with competent, reasonable and very pleasant people, some of whom have become friends over the years. I can say without a doubt this is the best yacht chandler in North America. There's really nothing else to add to that. Five stars!”
