“I ordered a package from Binnacle.com. First, it was back ordered for a couple of days, then, almost a month later now and still no package had arrived. In what other country in the world in this century does a package take that long to be shipped.”

“I called the store first to get some information and received helpful advice from Carson who suggested that I buy the product I wanted online. He looked up my customer number and I was on my way. The online experience went well. The ability to speak with a knowledgeable person at the store and have the ability to make purchases online (when you live out of province) was the best of both worlds.”
