“It seems all I order these days are parts not on the website. However, Eric is really great at finding the part, finding a source for it and getting it to me. As far as I can tell, these people do business in the old style, that is they put the customer first. They also have a very easy to use website, knowledgeable people at the store and a large inventory. (even if I do seem to need every obscure item they don't keep in stock)”

“Initial order was missing one of the charts, even though the invoice clearly stated all the charts ordered. Some charts (brand new!) had slight tears and small dog eared corners. Clearly, the charts could have been better packed in the triangular UPS shipping container and extra attention paid to check the order was complete. After I received the missing chart (which was promptly shipped and received two days later) it was clear the chart roll was much better protected and Binnacle had taken extra care in shipping the missing chart. In the end, the charts for our journey will be well used and the well detailed information will be invaluable. Thanks Binnacle for promptly correcting the order.”
